Snap Pea Salad with Deviled Egg Vinaigrette


  1. For the dressing: In a large Mason jar with a tight lid, shake all ingredients together except oil, salt and pepper. Add oil, replace lid and shake until emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. For the salad: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat with desired amount of dressing. Serve immediately.
