No-Bake Dessert Lasagna
An easy and fun summer dessert that will turn some heads.
- Coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, whipping cream and cinnamon until fully incorporated. Fold in one container of whipped topping.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of the 13x9-inch pan. Layer as follows: four sliced bananas, drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel topping, 1/3 chopped walnuts, 1 1/2 sleeves of graham crackers. Repeat once, ending with graham crackers. Top with remaining container of whipped topping, drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel topping and remaining 1/3 walnuts. Dust lightly with cinnamon.
- Refrigerate for 1-3 hours or overnight before serving.
TIP: For a lighter alternative, use light cream cheese, sour cream, whipped topping and fat-free milk.
