Caprese Shrimp Fonduta
A creamy cheesy dip made with pesto and shrimp.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a small bowl, toss to combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley and butter. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, pesto, mozzarella, heavy cream, salt and half of the bread crumb mixture. Toss until combined. Place tomatoes at the bottom of a 9" pie pan; cover with shrimp mixture. Top with remaining bread crumb mixture and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown on top and cheese is bubbling.
- To serve, spoon over toasted baguette slices.
