Fudgy Eggnog Dip
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ground ginger. Mix thoroughly; reserve.
- In a medium pot, over medium heat, combine eggnog, white chocolate and bourbon. Heat thoroughly until chocolate is melted, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add cream cheese, whisk until no lumps remain. Spray a 6-inch ramekin with cooking spray. Pour in eggnog mixture, bake until edges bubble, approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Turn oven setting to broil. Broil until top is slightly browned, approximately 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixture. Serve with graham crackers.
TIP: For extra holiday spice, add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg to the eggnog mixture.
