Entering a chili cooking competition any time soon? Or just whipping up dinner on a cold night? How about a delicious and flavorful recipe for Spicy Pumpkin Chili that will warm your taste buds and satisfy your cravings! Made with wholesome ingredients and a touch of spice, this chili is perfect for those cozy fall evenings or any time you're in the mood for a bowl of comfort food.

To start, gather your ingredients. You'll need 1 pound of organic grass-fed ground beef, which adds a rich and savory flavor to the chili. Combine it with 1.25 ounces of hot chili mix, a blend of spices that will infuse the dish with a delightful kick. Next, add 15 ounces of 100% pure canned pumpkin, which brings a natural sweetness and creaminess to the chili, creating a unique and satisfying twist. Along with that, include 15.5 ounces of organic kidney beans, drained, and rinsed, for a hearty and protein-packed addition.

To add some zesty flair, incorporate 10 ounces of diced tomatoes with green chilies, which lend a burst of tangy flavor and a hint of heat. To enhance the richness of the chili, pour in 1 cup of organic beef broth, which adds depth and balance to the dish. And for a healthy and vibrant touch, stir in 2 cups of organic arugula & spinach mix, which adds a fresh and leafy element to the chili.

Now, it's time to bring all the flavors together! In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, then drain the fat and return the meat to the pot. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the chili mix, stirring to combine. Next, add the pumpkin, kidney beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies and beef broth. Let the chili simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and create a rich and aromatic base.

To add a burst of color and nutrition, stir in the spinach and arugula, letting them wilt slightly in the chili. Season to taste with sea salt grinder and peppercorn grinder, adjusting the spice level according to your preference.

Once your spicy pumpkin chili is ready, it's time to serve and enjoy! Ladle the hot chili into bowls and consider adding some optional toppings for an extra burst of flavor. Try sprinkling some mild cheddar shredded cheese on top for a creamy and melty finish. Or, for some crunchy texture, serve it with oyster crackers on the side. For a fresh and vibrant touch, top it with sliced avocado, chopped cilantro or sliced green onions for added color and freshness.

Whether you're enjoying it on a chilly autumn evening or as a comforting meal any time of the year, this spicy pumpkin chili is sure to impress with its unique blend of flavors and wholesome ingredients. Try it out for yourself and savor the warmth and deliciousness of this delightful dish!
