Spicy Pumpkin Chili
- In a large pot, over medium-high heat, brown meat. Drain fat and return meat to pot.
- Reduce heat to medium low and add chili mix, stir to combine. Add pumpkin, beans, tomatoes and broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and arugula. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
