Classic Spaghetti Carbonara
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add spaghetti and cook 6-8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and reserve.
- Meanwhile, in a medium sauté pan, sauté bacon until crisp.
- Add spaghetti and peas to sauté pan. Heat over medium heat for 2-3 minutes; toss to combine.
- Remove from heat, pour egg over noodles. Toss until noodles are coated and egg is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley.
