Mason Jar Asian Salad with Soy Ginger Dressing


  1. For the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until well blended.
  2. To assemble: In 2 16-ounce mason jars, pour 3 tablespoons of dressing in each jar. Divide the salad ingredients between the jars, layering them in the order listed.
  3. When ready to eat, shake jar to combine salad with dressing.

TIP: To get a very fine mince, use a zester to grate the fresh garlic and ginger.
