Mason Jar Asian Salad with Soy Ginger Dressing
- For the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until well blended.
- To assemble: In 2 16-ounce mason jars, pour 3 tablespoons of dressing in each jar. Divide the salad ingredients between the jars, layering them in the order listed.
- When ready to eat, shake jar to combine salad with dressing.
TIP: To get a very fine mince, use a zester to grate the fresh garlic and ginger.
