A warming meat and gravy dish, great served over rice or egg noodles.
- In a medium pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Brown the beef cubes on all sides.
- Add the onion, green peppers, jalapeños and garlic. Sauté until vegetables begin to soften.
- Add the spices and water. Cover, simmer for 3 hours or until meat is tender and liquid is reduced.
- Great served over rice or egg noodles, with sour cream and lime wedges.
