Red Pesto Noodles with Chicken Sausage or White Beans

Try amping up your weekly meal lineup with whole grain pasta and flavorful pesto rosso, paired deliciously with your choice of Italian chicken sausage or white beans.


1.  Prepare pasta according to package instructions.

2.  Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces and add to boiling water two minutes before pasta finishes cooking. Drain together in colander.



3.  If using chicken sausage, slice into bite-sized pieces. Sauté in oil on medium heat until lightly browned. If using beans, drain and rinse them and then add to pasta pot.




3.  Add pasta, broccoli and sauce of choice. Toss until warm and serve.
