Best-Ever Club Sandwich
So simple and so good.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place sliced tomatoes and cucumber in a small bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar and Italian seasoning. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss to combine and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Toast bread. Lightly spread each slice of bread with the mayonnaise mixture.
- To assemble: Top a slice of toast with 2 slices of ham, a slice of cheese, tomato, cucumber and another slice of toast, mayonnaise side down. Repeat the layers one more time ending with a slice of toast, mayonnaise side down. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and secure with a toothpick.

9 ounces Lunch Mate Honey or Smoked Ham
