Crusted Salmon

Tired of boring old fish? Spice up your salmon with these tasty crusts!

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Place salmon fillets on parchment-lined baking sheets. 
  3. In a medium bowl, combine crust ingredients of your choice.
  4. Divide evenly among fish fillets, press crust on top of fish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until crust is golden brown and fish is flaky.

16 ounces Sea Queen Wild Caught Salmon Fillets, thawed

Citrus Crusted Salmon:

1 orange, zested

1 lemon, zested

1 lime, zested

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper

¼ cup Chef's Cupboard Plain Breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon Carlini Pure Olive Oil

Spicy Almond Crusted Salmon:

6 ounces Southern Grove Slivered Almonds, chopped

2 teaspoons Stonemill Essentials Chili Powder

2 teaspoons Stonemill Essentials Paprika

½ teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Cumin

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper

¼ cup Chef's Cupboard Plain Breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon Carlini Pure Olive Oil

Feta Crusted Salmon:

5 ounces Specially Selected Feta Cheese

1 tablespoon Burman's Yellow Mustard

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Onion Powder

½ teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Parsley Flakes

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper

¼ cup Chef's Cupboard Plain Breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon Carlini Pure Olive Oil
