Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place naan on a baking sheet. Brush with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, lemon zest and juice until smooth.
  4. Evenly spread the cream cheese on top of the naan.
  5. Top with spinach, smoked salmon, dill and red onion. Season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste. Cut and serve. Add additional dill to taste.
