Bunless Black Bean or Brown Rice Burger


  1. In a food processor, combine all burger patty ingredients. Pulse for 1 minute until you can form a ball with the mixture.
  2. Form 6 4-ounce patties with the mixture.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, coat with cooking spray. Sear and cook each patty 5-6 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with artisan lettuce, tomatoes and a dollop of hummus.

6 ounces Little Salad Bar Garlic Topped Hummus
