Mini Caprese Bagel Sandwiches

Deliciously fresh and small!

Directions:

  1. Slice bagels in half. Layer as follows: bagel bottom, lettuce, tomato, mozzarella, onion, 1 teaspoon dressing and bagel top.

L'oven Fresh Plain or Whole Wheat Mini Bagels

4 ounces Little Salad Bar Spring Mix

1 large tomato, sliced

8 ounces edenVale Fresh Mozzarella, sliced

½ red onion, sliced

8 teaspoons Fit & Active Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, divided
