Banana or Hazelnut Spread Fruit Sushi

Keep it fruity or add hazelnut spread for a tasty afternoon snack!

Directions:   

Banana Sushi Roll:               

  1. On a baking sheet, lay a 17x11-inch sheet of plastic wrap. Spread the banana puree onto the plastic wrap, creating an 11x5-inch rectangle.
  2. Arrange the strawberries, blueberries or blackberries and kiwi in a line down the center of the banana puree.
  3. Lift the ends of the plastic wrap and gently roll it over the ingredients, pressing gently. Roll it forward to make a complete roll.
  4. Freeze the fruit sushi roll for at least 1 hour. Remove from plastic wrap, cut roll into 1-inch pieces. Serve immediately.

Hazelnut Spread Roll:

  1. On a baking sheet, lay a 17x11-inch sheet of plastic wrap. Spread the hazelnut spread onto the plastic wrap, creating an 11x5-inch rectangle.
  2. Arrange half the banana slices, strawberries, blueberries or blackberries and kiwi in a line down the center, followed by the remaining half of the bananas.
  3. Lift the ends of the plastic wrap and gently roll it over the ingredients, pressing gently. Roll it forward to make a complete roll.
  4. Freeze the fruit sushi roll for at least 1 hour. Remove from the plastic wrap, cut roll into 1-inch pieces. Serve immediately.

TIP: Moisten the baking sheet with water to help the plastic wrap stick to the pan.
