Fruit Salad Kebabs

A healthy snack for on the go!

Directions:

  1. Soak 16 6-inch wooden skewers in lukewarm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Skewer each fruit combination on the prepared skewers.

Ingredients:

Classic:

4 strawberries, halved

2 kiwis, peeled and quartered

1/4 pineapple, skin removed and diced

8 green grapes

Tropical:

1/8 watermelon, skin removed and diced

1/4 pineapple, skin removed and diced

1/4 cantaloupe, skin removed, seeded, and diced

1/4 honeydew, skin removed, seeded, and diced

Harvest:

2 Bosc pears, cored and quartered

2 peaches, cored and quartered

2 plums, cored and quartered

2 red apples, cored and quartered

Mixed Berry:

4 strawberries, halved

24 blueberries

16 raspberries

16 blackberries
