Caramelized onions and parmesan cheese make this zucchini a memorable addition to your holiday meal.
- In a large sauté pan, heat the oil over high heat. Sauté the onions until they begin to soften.
- Add the garlic, sauté one minute. Add the sliced zucchini. Cook covered, until the zucchini is crisp tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Toss with Parmesan cheese.
