Parmesan Zucchini

Caramelized onions and parmesan cheese make this zucchini a memorable addition to your holiday meal.


  1. In a large sauté pan, heat the oil over high heat. Sauté the onions until they begin to soften.
  2. Add the garlic, sauté one minute. Add the sliced zucchini. Cook covered, until the zucchini is crisp tender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with Parmesan cheese.
