#ButFirstCoffee: The perfect unique party cheese that is easy to pair, stunning to look at, and the guaranteed eye catcher on any cheeseboard. This cheese is rubbed with real espresso and lavender with notes of butterscotch and caramel. This is a full bodied cheese with a nutty flavor and smooth texture. This cheese is aged for 6-8 months by master cheesemakers. 

Honey I'd Rather Bee at the Sea: Sweet and creamy, this cheese is rubbed with Utah Wildflower Honey and Ancient Sea Salt.  The cheese has a unique pink hew.

Some Like it Hatch: Made with real New Mexico Hatch Chiles and Coriander, this cheese has mellow lemony undertones and complex smokiness.

You're Cajun Me Crazy: This is a cheese for the spice lover who doesn't shy away from cayenne. The rind provides a spectacular punch of heat balanced with the sweet creaminess of the cheddar.  The cheese is rubbed with a blend of garlic, celery seed, and cayenne. As the cheese ages, these ingredients infuse the 20 pound wheel of cheddar with savory notes resembling a delicious wood-fired pizza!
