Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs

Elevate your brunch game with Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs, a unique and delicious twist on the classic deviled eggs. This deviled egg recipe is perfect for its delightful combination of creamy and tangy flavors. The smooth, rich texture of cage-free egg yolks blend with a mix of mayonnaise and Greek yogurt to create a velvety and balanced filling. The tangy kick from white vinegar and spicy brown deli mustard adds a layer of complexity, making each bite full of flavor. 

What sets these deviled eggs apart from other deviled egg recipes is the addition of Everything Bagel seasoning. This savory blend of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, onion and salt adds a delightful crunch and flavor that perfectly complements the creamy filling. It’s like having your favorite bagel in a in a bite-sized egg.  

These deviled eggs are garnished with a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper to taste. They are finished with vibrant slices of green onion and fresh dill, adding a refreshing note that brightens the dish. 

Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs are tasty and visually appealing, making them an excellent choice for brunches, picnics or any occasion where you want to show your guests something unique and flavorful.  

Directions:

1. Place eggs in a small pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil for 12 minutes. Remove from heat and run cold water over eggs until cooled.
2. Peel eggs. Using a small spoon, remove yolks and place in a medium bowl. Reserve egg whites on a plate.
3. To the medium bowl with the egg yolks, add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, vinegar, mustard and 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning. Using a whisk, whip until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Using the same spoon, scoop mixture into eggs, making sure they are evenly filled. Garnish with everything bagel seasoning, sliced green onions and fresh dill.

Tip: To dress these eggs up even more, sprinkle chopped crispy bacon on top! For fun pink eggs, in a small pot, mix 1 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp salt, and one red beet, peeled and halved.  Bring to a boil, then pour into a large bowl and add eggs.  Refrigerate at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
