Let’s talk ingredients, imagine thick-sliced hickory-smoked bacon, diced into savory bits, sizzling in a pan. The aroma alone will have your guests eagerly awaiting the first scoop.

Finely chopped fresh flat leaf spinach and artichokes are added to this recipe to deliver a burst of freshness in every bite.

Use cream cheese to serve as a creamy base to the dip that adds a smooth and velvety consistency to the dip. Shredded colby-jack cheese is also added, providing a gooey, cheesy texture that binds all the flavors of this recipe together, followed by the cottage cheese, contributing to a subtle tanginess that balances the richness of the other cheeses.

Spread this delectable mixture into your prepared baking dish, and let it bake to golden perfection. The result? A dip that's bubbling with flavor, ready to be scooped up with your favorite chips or crackers.
