Vegan Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta

This creamy vegan pasta will be your new go-to: a 6-ingredient recipe on the table in 20 minutes!


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, blend together the vegan cream cheese, fire roasted tomatoes, salt, water and basil in a blender.
  3. Place spinach in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium low heat and sauté for a couple minutes or until wilted.
  4. Add drained pasta and sauce and stir until heated through.
