Green Bean Casserole Fritters
- In a large saucepan, heat oil on medium heat to 375°.
- In a food processor, combine green beans, soup, egg, salt, pepper and French fried onions. Pulse 3-4 times to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl. Slowly add in bread crumbs and mix by hand until mixture becomes sticky and slightly firm.
- Form batter into 2-inch balls and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
TIP: Serve fritters with your favorite turkey gravy recipe.
