Sausage and Peppers
Classic slow-cooked Italian taste, made simple.
- In a large slow cooker, add sausage, garlic, peppers, onion, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper and wine. Set heat to low and cook for 8 hours.
- Bring a medium pot of water to boil and add tortellini, cook according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta, place on a plate and top with sausage and peppers. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

9 ounces Priano Three Cheese Tortellini
Reggano Parmesan Cheese, to taste
