Creamy Chicken Parmesan Pasta
Delicious creamy pasta with baked chicken.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- For chicken: In a medium bowl, combine chicken, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Stir to coat.
- Place chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°. Allow to rest for 10 minutes, dice chicken and reserve.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a large sauté pan, combine cream cheese, pasta sauce and milk. Stir until cream cheese has melted and mixture is smooth.
- To the sauce mixture, add chicken and pasta. Stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
