Creamy Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Delicious creamy pasta with baked chicken.


  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. For chicken: In a medium bowl, combine chicken, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Stir to coat.
  3. Place chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°. Allow to rest for 10 minutes, dice chicken and reserve.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a large sauté pan, combine cream cheese, pasta sauce and milk. Stir until cream cheese has melted and mixture is smooth.
  5. To the sauce mixture, add chicken and pasta. Stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
