Greek Chicken Burger

Herbed chicken burger with loads of veggies.


  1. Heat grill to a medium-high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat egg.
  3. Add ground chicken or turkey, artichokes, onion, minced garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, rice, lemon juice and red pepper. Mix together until well combined.
  4. Divide mixture and flatten into 4 equal patty shapes. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  5. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  6. Meanwhile, lightly grill the buns and set aside.
  7. Place ¼ cup of feta cheese on top of each burger and continue grilling until cheese is melted and soft; remove from heat.
  8. Spread hummus on both sides of the buns.
  9. To assemble: Layer the bottom of each bun with the burger, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and top half of bun.

1 pound ground chicken or ground turkey

¼ cup Grandessa Signature Artichoke Quarters in water, drained and chopped

¼ cup diced onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup Specially Selected Feta Cheese Crumbles

1 cup Little Salad Bar Original Hummus

4 lettuce leaves

1 cucumber, sliced

1 tomato, sliced
