Leftover Layer Salad

A great refreshing way to use your leftover ham and hard boiled eggs!

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, pepper and parmesan cheese. Add lettuce to the bottom of a large glass bowl. Spread dressing on top of lettuce.
  2. Make one layer each of onion, peas, tomato, ham, eggs and cheese. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Toss before serving or leave in layers.

Ingredients:

¾ cup Burman's Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Baker's Corner Granulated Sugar

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper

1/3 cup Reggano Parmesan Cheese

1 large head iceberg lettuce, diced

1 red onion, diced

2 cups Season's Choice Sweet Peas, thawed

1 tomato, diced

2 cups diced leftover ham

6 leftover hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced

1 ½ cups Happy Farms Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
