Leftover Layer Salad
A great refreshing way to use your leftover ham and hard boiled eggs!
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, pepper and parmesan cheese. Add lettuce to the bottom of a large glass bowl. Spread dressing on top of lettuce.
- Make one layer each of onion, peas, tomato, ham, eggs and cheese. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Toss before serving or leave in layers.

¾ cup Burman's Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Baker's Corner Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper
1/3 cup Reggano Parmesan Cheese
1 large head iceberg lettuce, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 cups Season's Choice Sweet Peas, thawed
1 tomato, diced
2 cups diced leftover ham
6 leftover hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
1 ½ cups Happy Farms Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
