Quinoa Crunch Salad

Fresh veggies, powerhouse quinoa, peanut dressing and bites of crunchy and sweet.


  1. Cook the quinoa and edamame according to package directions.
  2. Chop all the vegetables.
  3. Add all dressing ingredients to a food processor or blender and combine until smooth.
  4. Assemble individual salads, or toss it all together and serve.
