Easiest and tastiest banana bread ever!
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spray a 9x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Dust with flour.
- In a large bowl, melt ½ cup butter. Add flour, bananas, eggs, 1 cup brown sugar, baking soda, vanilla, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ cup walnuts. Mix until combined, and pour into prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, combine remaining ¼ cup butter, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ cup walnuts. Sprinkle over batter and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Let rest 10 minutes and remove from pan. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
