Buffalo Chicken Macaroni Salad
All the flavors of buffalo chicken wings, with none of the mess.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, blue cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, red onion and celery until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss macaroni and chicken in dressing. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with additional hot sauce if desired.
TIP: For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with grilled mushrooms.
