No-Bake Dessert Lasagna

An easy and fun summer dessert that will turn some heads.

Directions:

  1. Coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, whipping cream and cinnamon until fully incorporated. Fold in one container of whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of the 13x9-inch pan. Layer as follows: four sliced bananas, drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel topping, 1/3 chopped walnuts, 1 1/2 sleeves of graham crackers. Repeat once, ending with graham crackers. Top with remaining container of whipped topping, drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel topping and remaining 1/3 walnuts. Dust lightly with cinnamon.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours or overnight before serving.

TIP: For a lighter alternative, use light cream cheese, sour cream, whipped topping and fat-free milk.
